Level 3 HACCP for Manufacturing
Who is the course for ?
The Level 3 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing is primarily intended for those working in a supervisory role in a food production environment, and have responsibility for developing and maintaining a Food Safety Management System. Learners may probably be already working in a food related role or have significant expereince of food handling. Candidates should hold a minimum of the Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing
Job Roles may include, Quality Assurance Manager/Team Members, Production Supervisors Owner/Mangers of smaller food manufacturing operations
What will I learn ?
Learners gaining this qualification will be able to demonstrate a knowledge of food safety management systems based on the principles of Codex HACCP..They will be able to take responsiblilty identify food safety hazards, implement effective conrol measures and ensuring corrective actions are taken where critical limits are breached. The course will also cover the development of pre requiiste programmes and documentation, review and audit

The course is nationally accredited and externally marked and certificated by one of the following Awarding Organisations
